Are the Regulatory Or Self-Regulatory? They are a self-regulatory company, most people think it worked best this way as they offer commitment, free expert legal advice and a voice for the working people in the media insuring they get paid as much as they should be.
PCC
Full company Name: Press Complaints Commission
Who do they regulate? Which areas of the media? The Press Complaints Commission is an independent body which deals with complaints from members of the public about the editorial content of newspapers and magazines.
Are they Regulatory OR Self-Regulatory? The PCC is a self regulatory body.
Criminal Law And Civil Law- The difference? The different between the two is that, Criminal law is a crime against the justice system, where someone has committed a crime which is considered to be wrong, and will then be justice system, if found guilty for the crime in question they will have to serve a prison sentence in the appropriate way, where as Civil Law is there is a disagreement between two individuals, companies or organisation, where something such as one suing the other will that place at the civil court, and will be settled by one paying the other.

· Make sure all wire are away from photo area.
· Make sure the lighting is properly set up.

· Find any tripping hazards and warn talent.

Copyright, What is copyright? What can you actually copyright and How does this protect you as the author of text or images?
Copyright is where someone has the right to claim their work for their own, and stop it being used by other people unfairly, such as a video on the internet is easily copied, however if it is copyrighted then they can sue people for using it. You can copy right pretty much anything in the media, photos, writing, videos ect, this is to insure the rightful person gets the credit for it. For an author this protect them by is their work is uploaded to the internet by someone else they have to put the name of the original author by it, there for showing their work more, if they don’t do this it a breach of the copyright.
